20/10/2008 HKGHEL as a passenger at 21H (HKG 24C HEL10C)
Had a very good slept after migiraine, took a taxi together with marco and elaine to the airport, had a rush breakfast at the airport together, because marco needed to work on that flight, so after met the crews at the counter, elaine and me went to the G16 lounge to eat some more food, its nothing special indeed, only providing a special hkg style dumpling noodles, wtf!
Slept for around 3 hours on that flight, the rest of the times i was reset my mobile again and again, finally everything's done!
However, after arrived at HEL, there was no signal at all on my iphone, on my special day, NO WAY! so I called back to hkg immediately by using my finland's mobile, then forced her to make it connected immediately, so after one hour my iphone could be used finally!
After settled down everything in the hotel, we took a nap until 8pm, then we fiibi and ying drove us to her restaurant for having my birthday's dinner, there are lots of people there indeed, including merci, marco, elaine, kimsy, ying, fiibi, hong tai, sam and sauna, really enjoyable and delicious hot pot dinner, really appreicated for their arrangment especially the surprised tiramisu cake!
After the dinner, we all went to Casino for gambling, however, at the end, i was the only one who lost money, even only 18 euros! Shouldnt be Luck on that day??
21/10/2008 HEL AMS Heerenveen
Woke up at around 0900, had breakfast together with marco,merci and beijing crew, after the went back to sleep again! Elaine came to the hotel at around 1430, kinda rushed to pack everything at that time indeed, but we still can manager even had a bit time to have cup of chocolates after checked-in the flight AY845 to AMS.
It was quite surprised that many people noticed my birthday on FACEBOOK, many people sent their warm greetng to me in TOKE, even Tomi swapped to fly AY845 to AMS, I was quite surprised to see his name on the CIS indeed, and he had provided a very good service for us even on 2.5 hours flight!
After arrived AMS, took some photos in the airport, then we took the bus 197 to museumplain, but we got off one stop after, so we had to wait for flora to come and meet us in a quite cold weather! Finally we met her at around 7pm, then we went to her hotel and decided to go to Heerenveen together, we had took the train at 2057 in central station, then got off at Amstero at around 2132, catched another train to Heereveen, arrived there at 2257 sharply!
Met Sjoerd who was another birthday guy on 21/10, after a warm but causal greeting, he drove us to his home and had some beers, his home was quite big, clean and tidy! I feel so comfortable there even the bed we slept was a bit small and the weather was freezing for the whole night, there is also a lovely 12 years old dog at his home, very silent probably too old.
What a special birthday for me other than the one last year in Beijing! Thanks very much Elaine, fiibi, kimsy,ying hong tai, sanna, sam, merci, marco, flora and sjoerd. I really appreciated! And also thanks very much for people who sent me sms and left me message in facebook! I had never got that many greeting on my birthday, EVER!!
After couples of beers, we all went to sleep at around 0100 (HKG : 0700)
22/10/2008 Heerenveen - Groningen - Heerenveen13C Sunny day!
Woke up at around 0930, then sjoerd drove us to the town "Groningen" , we first had breakfast in mcdonland's, then we walked around for a bit and had a cup of coffee there, very sunday indeed! However, because elaine didnt feel well, we went back to his home at around 1430, then sent flora and elaine to the train station back to AMS at around 1520, after that, met sjoerd's cosuin in the train station right away, then we went back to his home and met his mom as well, watched movie a bit, then we went out to the sport stadium to see AC MILAN's trainning, even i am not a big fans of football, but people in that team i always heard about, also never throught that the fans in here were also crazy than i expected!
after the AC MILAN training, his cousin drove me by the bike back to his home, slept at around 2330.
23/10/2008 Heerenveen 10C Sunny day!
Woke up at around 1000, met sjoerd's cousin and uncle here in his home, and we had lunch together, then i back to the room for study a bit and slept for a bit, had dinner around 7pm with his other uncle and cousin, also with sjoerd together, after the dinner, he went to see the AC MILAN Vs Heerenveen football match, then i just stayed and chat with his mom for a bit, slept at around 0030. Quite Relax here indeed!
24/10/2008 Heerenveen - Sneek - Heerenveen - Groingen - Heerenveen 9C raining so bad!
Woke up at around 0700, then sjoerd drove us to the sneek he work, he dropped me in central town, then i worked around and around in the freezing rainny day for 4 hours, met him at around 1245, then he drove me back home, chit chat with his mom for a bit, then i back to sleep for 2.5 hours, still lazy for study indeed!
Had dinner with him and his mom together at home around 1830, after that we went out to Groingen, first went to Ice's student apartment, then we 3 together went out to the bar and had couples of beers, also my first time to try to the weeds, gave me a not really good feeling indeed, but its good to taste it once!
After 3 glasses of beers, we went back and slept at around 0230.
25/10/2008 Heerenveen (10C)
Woke up at around 0900, but sjoerd still didnt wake up yet, so i waited until 1230, then woke him up, and he drove me to the supermarket by bike, i broke the back light this time, haha....
We went to the supermarket for lunch shopping, made some food at home for lunch, then rest a bit and study a bit, at around 4pm, her mom back home and drove us by the new car to another town,walked a bit and took some photos, then we went back to the house, took a bit rest and had a cup of tea.
Went out for dinner at around 1830, this was the last dinner in Heerenveen (hopefully i could come again and again), we ate pizza, really big and delicious pizza! His mom paid for it which made me a bit guilty, because they never went out for dinner because its too expensive, I felt sorry for them to bring me out for dinner indeed.
After a full dinner, we went back to the home and chit chat a bit, i slept at around 2200 because of the beers!
26/10/2008 Heerenveen (9C raining and windy) - Helsinki (9C raining so bad)
Couldnt sleep well indeed because its sad to say Goodbye, Woke up at around 6am, said goodbye to his mom first, then woke sjoerd up at around 0715, said goodbye to the lovely dog, then he drove me back to the Central Station and took the train at around 0826, finally had to say goodbye to him again, but for sure we will meet somewhere in the world later. And for sure i defintely will be back there again and again as i really enjoying stayed there, the most RELAX trip ever! I really appreciated there hospitality! I gonna miss his mom and the dog for sure!
Arrived at AMS airport around 1036, checked in at the counter and were informed that the flight was overbooked, luckily, still got the seat at the gate!
After 2.5 flight from AMS to HEL, met sharon at toke and what a concidence that jo also there at the hotel, so she shared the room with jo and i had my own room again!
Because it was raining so bad and freezing outside, we just stayed at the hotel and waited for jacky e came to delivery the dinner for us! Slept at around 2300.
27/10/2008 - 28/10/2008 HELHKG (HEL8C HKG 30C)
Woke up at around 1000 because of hungry!! Anyway had a bit food in the room and then went to toke to settle down something, after that back to my room and watched Smallville, then went to check-in with Uncle Tung at 1430, then had drinks with hong tai together.
Did a bit shopping in the airport before the flight, however, I've got a worst seat EVER!sitting at 31H which is next to the WC, paxs kept touching me a bit when they passed by, I couldnt even sleep well because of that! Luckily flight arrived on time and i could even catched the class after breafast with jo.
Presentation and Mid-term test at school were great! hopefully can get a good score for that!
